Deepika Padukone is the first and last word when it comes to unforgiving, no holds-barred workouts in B-Town. Athleticism is something which comes naturally to the tall and statuesque actress, who was also a state level badminton player and model. Recently, the Padmavati beauty channelled her inner femme fatale in xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage’s scene where she soars the temperatures soaring as she floated in a sarong.

While prepping for her role as Serena Unger in xXx: Return of Xander Cage, her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala punctuated her workout with different exercise balls -- like Kettlebell Swings and Kettlebell Press -- for sculpted shoulders and slender arms. Nothing surprising here as she kickstarted her glamour journey with a vertical shot of her floating in a pool clad in a gold bikini in the Kingfisher calendar back in the day!

The gym junkie is easily one of the most fit actresses in Bollywood thanks to her washboard abs, toned-legs and a hardcore workout regimen. One look at her Instagram or YouTube workout videos and one’s likely to hit the gym harder. She does weight training, SwissBall crunches and leg raises with aplomb. Thanks to that enviable hot bod, she can just rock any outfit under the sun — from a sari to a bodysuit.

The actress has trained with celebrity gym trainer Yasmin and also likes to spend time on Pilates and free-hand exercises. The actress likes to do her yoga daily in the morning and likes going for long walks. Yasmin introduced Deepika to pilates and stretching exercises which further toned her body.

She also loves dancing and if she is not in the mood to hit the gym she dances to maintain her toned body. A lot of stretching before and after her workout adds to her fitness routine.

The leggy beauty likes to kickstart her day with a heartwarming breakie, usually two egg whites and a glass of low-fat milk. She has grilled fish for lunch to avoid extra fat, with vegetables on the side. For dinner, Deepika skips

rice and has dal-roti-sabzi instead. She likes to stay hydrated with water and coconut water, and eats fresh fruits every two hours, as recommended by her dietitian.
